Stop Sweating Tips
Bring Backup
If you want to stop sweating , then the best thing to do is to bring back up!  Sometimes you can take as many precautions as you want, but nothing will be able to stop sweat.  We all have these bad days.  In situations like this when we are sweating more than usual, it's smart to bring back up.  Bring extra deoderant with you (travel sizes fit perfectly in pockets, by the way) and pack an extra shirt if you feel like you may need it.

Baking Soda
Rub a little bit of baking soda under your arms after a fresh shower and you will be sweat free.  Baking Soda abosrbs the moisture and it will stop your excessive sweating in it's tracks.  Also, if you want to add a little something "extra" to this, add corn starch.

Slim Down
Another great way to slim down is to lose a few pounds.  If you are overweight, your heart will strain harder to pump blood when even doing light tasks, causing your body to overheat and causing you to prespire!  So if you are a few pounds overweight, hit the treadmill and get on a diet, because it will go a LONG way toward getting rid of excessive sweating.

Watch The Weather
If you sweat a lot and you want to stop excessive sweating , stay out of the mid day sun!  Actually, you should be staying in-doors when the day is at it's hottest.  Also make sure you watch for humidity.  The higher the humidity, the more you will sweat and the longer it will stay on your skin.

Dress Right
If you want to stop sweating, then a good thing to look at is how you dress.  Try to skip over synthetic materials because they do not absorb moisture.  Try wearing natural fibers to curb your excessive sweating, for example you can wear cotton in the summer and spring and wool in the fall and winter.

Watch What You Eat
If you want to stop sweat in its tracks, watch what you eat.  If you notice that you sweat more or less after eating certain foods, then it's probably a good idea to eliminate this food item from your diet.  Usually it's the spicy foods that bring about excessive sweating, but you can never be to sure.
