Stop Head SweatingSuffering from excessive head sweat is the worst form or sweat because simply it is the most visible. Stopping this sweating problem isn't as difficult as it seems though, and there is hope for you! There are ways that you can stop sweating and I am going to give you a few of my favorite tips that have drastically reduced the amount of head sweat I experience. The number one thing you should be watching out for if you suffer from excessive head sweat is facial heat. This means you shouldn't be eating spicy foods unless you can absolutely help it. This means eating stuff that has a cool/natural flavor and nothing that would otherwise make your mouth or your temperature hotter than what it already is. It's important that you follow this step the cloesest because this is the single highest contributor to head sweat. Stop wearing hats. Hats hold in your body heat and it keeps your head hotter. If you are a person who likes to wear hats either reconsider being a hat person or try to find a hat that can breathe enough that it slows down your excessive sweating. Likewise, if you use a lot of intense hair products (gel, etc.) this could also damper your bodies natural ability to cool its self because this effectively clogs the pours. The last and final thing is that you need to make sure you don't let yourself get hot. If you are going out in public and you know the temperatures will be hotter, then wear something or take measures that makes sure that you stay cool.
